    Case study

    TFL South are responsible for the maintenance of traffic signs across South London. Works include updating asset inventories, carrying out work orders and inspections. The network has a large number of assets to manage so having a sophisticated system to manage this was very important.

    The Approach

    To manage the maintenance of traffic signs across South London, map16 created a dashboard which enabled TfL South to manage the condition of traffic signs in their network. This included being able to update asset inventory in the field and update the system with any work orders carried out or inspections. All of this data integrates with Maximo and provides them with a fluent workflow from field to finish.

    The Benefits

    Having the ability to manage data all in one place has allowed TfL to become more operationally efficient and save processing times, with full integration of new data into their existing asset management software.
